Sleeps 4/6. 2 bed detached villa overlooking pinewoods to rear and stunning coast to the front, a peaceful, relaxing healthy location. Set in a small cul-de-sac.

Akbuk village has shops, restaurants, beaches, a small harbour (with boat trips from the harbour available) and a fine Friday market.

Newly built, furnished and equipped in 2007 with extensive marble/tiling, air conditioning, mosquito nets fitted to all doors and windows,solar heating, shutters and reserve water tank. The villa has a large roof terrace ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the delightful Turkish sunsets.

Bedrooms

Bed 1 double bed and balcony with mountain views. Bed 2 twin beds and views to the sea. Both bedrooms have mirrored cupboard, double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinet.

Separate bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, wash basin and storage cupboard on first floor. Separate toilet, washbasin and shower on ground floor.

Kitchen

Electric/gas hob, gas oven, fridge, washing machine, combi-oven/grill/microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glassware etc. French doors to terrace with built in BBQ.

Lounge/Diner

Open plan with dining area (table and chairs), 2 bed settees, 2 armchairs, coffee table and unit with satellite TV/DVD/CD/radio/ radio /audio tape music centre and a fireplace. French doors from dining area onto the terrace.

There is patio furniture and three sun lounges. The roof terrace has lights, water outlet and sink. The garden has fruit trees, vines, palms and shrubs. There is a wall around the site and a full time security watchman resides just across the road.

Access to a swimming pool (approx. 350m) on a different complex.

Towels and linen included. Beach towels are not provided.

The villa will be cleaned for arrival and cleaned on departure.

There are delightful coves around the bay and Alkinkum's golden sands about 20 minutes drive, or use the local ‘dolmus’ mini-bus. Nearby is delightful Lake Bafa with picturesque mountains, scenic walking, bird watching and prehistoric/classical remains. Other ancient sites nearby include the Temple of Apollo at Didim, Prienne and Miletus. Further afield (under 1.5 hours drive) is magnificent Ephesus. Alternatively, there are numerous boat trips around the harbour to explore the bay and beyond including Greek Isles.

Bodrum airport approximately 50 minutes away. Car hire and airport transfers easily available.

The villa is about a 20 min walk to the beach at Akbuk. The local beaches are mainly sandy, quiet and unspoilt. Some beaches have beach cafes in the main season.

Most restaurants will provide a free lift home after your meal.

Booking 1/2 non-refundable deposit on booking with the balance by 6 weeks before arrival. Flexible change-over day. Arrival generally flexible with departure 10am unless otherwise agreed.

From £175 per week to £300 per week Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Pro-rata for bookings exceeding 1 week but less than 2 weeks. £75 refundable damage deposit. Long winter lets exceeding 4 weeks £400 per month.
